Susan Ratliff is not your typical exhibit industry speaker. She teaches from personal experience and knows the tradeshow business
from both sides of the aisle. She is a nationally recognized authority on booth selling skills and display design and has over 30 years in sales and marketing. She is frequently quoted in the press, regularly writes articles for industry publications and is the author of four books including: “ExhibitLike an Expert, Sell More, Look Great & Make Money at Tradeshows, Consumer Shows and Events.”.

While the President of the award-winning display company Exhibit Experts, for sixteen years she helped thousands of her customers look great on the show floor and turn leads into sales. She sold her company in 2010 to expand her speaking and consulting company.  As a speaker, published author and nationally recognized authority on event marketing, Susan delivers relevant content and practical strategies to help exhibitors maximize their return on investment. She learned the exhibit business from the trenches, discovered the shortcuts and made the mistakes so her clients won’t have to.  She knows what attendees want, how exhibitors think and what they both need to be successful. Susan’s audiences leave with a renewed enthusiasm for tradeshow marketing, keys to a competitive advantage and the knowledge to work the show like a pro.

In 2004, Susan organized, financed and produced the first Women Entrepreneurs’ Small Business Boot Camp.  Her inspiration was fueled by her desire to celebrate the successes and accomplishments of the women micro-business owners in her community whose companies thrive with less than ten employees. Her goal was to showcase local business experts who would teach no-nonsense, practical, tips and techniques that could be easily and immediately implemented to improve and grow a business. This annual event draws over 300 attendees in Arizona annually and will be expanding into other cities across the country.
